According to reports Hero Sumanth, grandson of late Akkineni Nageswara Rao, will now be the heir to ANR's major property on Banjara Hills.

It was buzzed that  ANR had a house on Road no.1, Banjara hills. The property was later converted into a commercial establishment. Now after ANR’s demise the truth is that it is indeed Sumanth’s property

Sumanth  is the only son of Surendra Yarlagadda and the late Satyavathi Akkineni. A few months after his birth, his parents returned to the US where they were residing. Sumanth, however, remained in India on the request of his grandfather, Akkineni Nageswara Rao. He was subsequently adopted by his grandfather and his grandmother

ANR  was extremely fond of both Sumanth and his Supriya, who are the children of his late daughter Satyavati.  Sumanth  is also partner in Annapurna Studios that was established in 1975 by his grandfather.

Tollywood films are now being affected by several factors. Piracy is one while ratings is the other aspect. Ratings in this articles means the ratings given by Censor Board. It seems that “A” rated flicks are getting good response from audience compared to “U” rated ventures.

Unless and until the “U” rated flicks contain heavy family sentiments, they are not able to cross the records of “A” rated flicks. Taking this aspect into consideration, few film makers in the recent past tried hard to get “A” certificate for their ventures.

Youngsters are getting attracted to romantic episodes and action sequences. This is turning out to be the main point for the flooding collections. This year too, few films got “A” rating from the Censor board and they are topping the collections at the box office.

Anandi alias Avika Gor impressed Tollywood audience with the flick “Uyyala Jampala”. This child artist turned heroine got the highest marks last year for this venture. In fact, the demand for this beauty too raised in Tollywood to the same extent.

At present, Anandi is aiming to cash on the demand. It seems that she is targeting 1 Crore remuneration in Tollywood. As per the updates, Anandi is demanding 1 Crore remuneration from the film makers. “Will a film maker offer 1 Crore to 1 film experienced heroine?” turned out to be a hot topic. If it is a film like “Magadheera”, we can expect 1 Crore remuneration but “Uyyala Jampala” is a small budgeted flick which collected less than 25 Crores at the box office.

“Why did Anandi hiked her remuneration to such extent?” is an interesting question. Analysts are saying that this beauty might have demanded 1 Crore remuneration showing Akkineni Akhil’s debut flick. It is known that Anandi has 2 films contract with Akkineni Family and she is being considered for Akhil’s debut flick. If she proves herself in that venture, she is sure of getting 1 Crore remuneration for the 3rd flick!

Director Teja who speaks out his mind all the time expressed his views on psychological thriller 1 - Nenokkadine.

Teja: "I liked 1 - Nenokkadine. Except for few confusions, I felt everything was fine. May be,  Audience who were accustomed to masala films mayn't like it as its a diffirent film. Producer need to have a lot of guts to make such a film."

On Mahesh Babu: "Mahesh Babu has given mind blowing performance. His new look is very good. I don't know how Mahesh attempted such a film! He did fantastic job in the climax episode. I have the doubt, if there would be a hero in Tollywood who could beat Mahesh in terms of performance".

On Sukumar's Direction: "Sukumar is 90% successful when it comes to 'ONE'. Few scenes were really fantastic. I feel everyone should watch this movie twice to know how well he has shot. At one stage, I felt like watching a Hollywood movie. He has taken Telugu cinema to next level. These kind of films are good for TFI. It takes some time for the audience to get used to new concepts".

On 14 Reels: "Producers scored 200 marks by attempting such a film. We could see the cost of production on the screen".
